Have you ever felt carried through a situation by a power greater than your own? That’s the work of the Holy Spirit. Just as an eagle lifts its young, the Spirit of God lifts us from where we are and carries us to where we are meant to be.
“As an eagle stirs up its nest, and hovers over its young; as it spreads its wings, takes them up, and bears them aloft on its pinions, the LORD alone guided him…”
— Deuteronomy 32:11–12
The apostles were carried forward by the Spirit on the day of Pentecost—transformed from fearful followers to bold witnesses. Likewise, when we surrender to God, the Spirit begins to guide us through seasons of life, giving us strength and direction.
The Spirit Sustains Through Storms
You might recall a moment when things felt overwhelming, yet somehow you made it through. That wasn’t luck—that was the Spirit carrying you.
“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you… when you walk through fire you shall not be burned…”
— Isaiah 43:2
Even those who don’t consistently pray or study the Word can testify, “I don’t know how I made it—but I did.” That’s grace in action. That’s being borne by the Spirit.

He Lifts Us Higher
When the Spirit picks you up:
- You’ll experience promotion you didn’t expect.
- You’ll rise above worldly pressures.
- Your worship and prayer life will deepen and ignite.
It’s like being on a divine lift or escalator—suddenly you’re higher, freer, lighter. And even when that intense presence quiets down, the Spirit’s abiding presence remains within you.
Build Your Life With the Spirit
The Holy Spirit is not just a helper beside you or a presence within you. He is your closest relationship—the One who reveals God’s voice, purpose, and truth. Spend time with Him. Listen to Him. Talk to Him. Don’t ignore His whispers.
You won’t always hear a thunderous voice. Sometimes it’s the sound of sheer silence. But when you hear it, faith stirs within, and storms settle.
“Let anyone who has an ear listen to what the Spirit is saying…”
— Revelation 2:7
You Can Hear Him Too
You don’t need to worry about missing God. If your heart is focused on Jesus, God will find you, guide you, and lead you into truth. The Holy Spirit is speaking—will you listen?
Prayer
Holy Spirit, thank You for carrying me when I am weak and lost. Help me build my life with You at the center. Open my ears to hear Your voice and strengthen me to follow wherever You lead. Amen.
